We use 2mm thick cork leatherette, an excellent product that provides an eco-friendly and vegan alternative to traditional leather. It is exceptionally durable, water-resistant, and resilient to wear and tear, making it a perfect fit for our brand.

Simply purchase any product listing with the desired hat style, and either complete the "Add Order Note" section during checkout or email Info@KORKITCompany.com with the cork patch stock design you’d like to pair with your hat purchase.

Hats with cork bill or cork front panel durable in the rain?

Cork handles water and moisture very well due to its natural impermeability. In fact, we have many customers in the construction industry who specifically purchase our cork front panel caps due to their resiliency against sweat staining.

Do you manufacture the hats?

We collaborate with multiple hat manufacturers to custom design or source off-the-shelf blank caps, enabling us to focus on creating authentic and innovative designs.

Do you only work with cork?

Although we love working with cork here at KORKIT Company, we will source and create the perfect patch with any material, including acrylic, leather, and leatherettes, for customers who choose the custom route.

How do you manufacture the patches?

All our patches are precision engraved and cut using our industrial grade Co2 Laser Machines!

Do you only offer Snapback hats?

As of now, yes, our inventory is made up of Snapbacks. Like all things, this may change in the future! We of course can source any hat via our custom route.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days, USPS Ground Shipping is typically 3-5 days depending on how far you're from Michigan!

Do you ship in a cardboard box?

Yes, your hat is placed in a waterproof bag and shipped in a cardboard box to ensure your ride arrives in the same condition it leaves our shop!
